Bee Lavish is dedicated to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  This website complies with all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy.  Please be assured that any information you provide by which you can be identified when using this website, will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.  Any information provided, (public or personal), will not be sold, transferred, exchanged or given to any other company under any circumstances, without your consent, other than for the sole purpose of delivering your Bee Lavish product by providing your delivery and contact details to Royal Mail, or another appropriate courier service, OR, if required by law to do so.

Please be aware that Bee Lavish may update this this policy periodically and it is recommended that you check this page from time to time to ensure you remain satisfied with any changes.  This privacy policy is effective from 1st May 2022.

- Currently Bee Lavish does not send email promotions but this may change in the future, and you would be able to opt in, or out, of this service should this become available.

Under UK tax law, Bee Lavish is required to keep your basic personal data (name, address and contact details) for a minimum of 6 years.  At the end of this time period your information will either be safely removed from our records to free up internal record keeping, or kept until you notify Bee Lavish that you would like your information to be removed.  With exception of when you contact Bee Lavish, you are giving your permission to use your information to correspond with you. This is for an unlimited period of time, or until you request that you information be removed.

Bee Lavish is dedicated to ensure your information is secure, and has in place, suitable procedures whether electronic, physical or the paper management of information, to safeguard the information collected.

The Bee Lavish website contains links to other websites that may be of interest to you, as Bee Lavish supports and recommends other artisan’s or local suppliers.  Please be aware that this Privacy Policy is only relevant to this website, therefore Bee Lavish does not have any control or responsibility for any information you provide whilst visiting other websites.  If you click on a link to another website, it is recommended to read that website’s own Privacy Policy.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to request details of personal information Bee Lavish holds about you, this may incur a small fee.  If you wish to exercise your Data Protection Rights , or believe that information held is incorrect, or incomplete, please make contact by email at and any corrections will made as soon as possible.  Where Bee Lavish is required to comply with your request, this will be done as soon as possible and  in compliance with Data Protection within one month.  Bee Lavish would like to make you aware of your rights which can be found on the Information Commissioner’s Office Website at

Bee Lavish does not store debit/credit card details.  Payment details are managed by a secure payment service provider such as PayPal.  Bee Lavish also accepts bank transfers to its business account, and operates a no refund policy as items are made to order. Please see the FAQ section for further information on the no refunds policy. 

Bee Lavish does not currently operate an email newsletter program.

Any engagement, communication or actions taken via social media platforms or search engines that Bee Lavish participates on or with are subject to the privacy polices and terms of conditions of each platform or search engine respectively.
